There are times when action in the plane is possible, and periods when such possibility is limited. Depending on the state of the plane, the action can lead to its profound change or partial influence. The action itself, as a rule, is quite short, sometimes instantaneous and without noticeable effort.
If the action requires excessive effort and takes a long time, then this is an accurate indication that the action in this regard is now limited and does not need to be insisted on. In terms of individual effort, action is limited by many factors:
• The experience that has taken place must be assimilated into the plane. That is, the plane changes its manifestation to a greater or lesser degree.
• Although we carry out the action in one plane, but this plane is always part of the hierarchy of planes, corresponding to a certain quality of manifestation. The desire for change is explicitly or implicitly transmitted to other planes along the hierarchy. A deeper change in the available plane can come about when enough aspiration for change has been accumulated in the other planes and their resistance gradually overcome.
In this practice, a certain balance is always maintained between the development of various parts or qualities of the manifestation of a human being. Therefore, after changes in some planes, action in them will be held back until a bottleneck is overcome (a change is made) in other planes or qualities.
