Once the plane is revealed, the witness can authorize the action. This action manifests itself as a movement of the will, its impulse or continuous effort towards the manifestation of the Divine in this place, in various forms. Everyone finds their own forms of aspiration.

As an example, several forms of aspiration in the plane are described below.

1 Try to look in different directions – to the left, to the right and, most importantly, up. If one manages to look up, one sees the “heavens” of the plane as the heavens of a certain world. At the same time, while holding the gaze (with aspiration), the descent begins in the plane in different forms, finally as the dissolution of these heavens by the plane that is higher and the descent of this plane into the current one and its transformation.

2 It is possible to pronounce the mantra in the plane, which leads to the transformation of the plane. The complexity of the method lies in the selection of the mantra – the mantra must transform a specific plane in its current state. It may come spontaneously in some cases , but for a vast number of states it is extremely difficult to find it.

It is not very effective to use general mantras, since they lead to the manifestation of specific planes and actually suppress the manifestation of the current plane, without transforming it and without resolving the issue on its merits. It’s like a coming sea wave gently flows around the pebbles on the beach almost without changing it.

3 Repetition of mantras for the manifestation and strengthening of aspiration and self-giving in terms.

Usually these are words of direct appeal to the cherished goal, for example, “Divine”, “To You” and others, which can be chosen in advance or they come at the time of the appeal. The recitation of these mantras creates or maintains our deepest, most complete and sincere movement. One can also remember and use this movement of materialized striving and self-giving in other planes directly.

4 It is possible to directly determine (see) the distortion of what higher quality the current manifestation of the plane is. That is, no matter how inert or terrifying the manifestation of the plane looks, behind is always hidden its higher form and quality, which were more and more distorted in the course of its manifestation in more and more material steps and for other reasons. If a sufficiently accurate correspondence of qualities is found, then the plane is changed.

The difficulty of this approach is due to the fact that our ordinary or even in-depth consciousness can determine a very limited set of the general manifestation of higher qualities, and what is defined as our common goals (for example, the manifestation of Divine love, peace, joy) affects the foundations of manifestation and can be achieved through lengthy successive transformations.

5 Identification of oneself (as a witness) with the plane (partial or complete), after that the witness gives sanction for the manifestation of aspiration to the Divine in this united consciousness. The impulse comes from the witness and gives rise to the aspiration or movement of the plane.

6 It is possible to insert a cell (that is, as a living cell of an organism capable of developing) from the substance of light into the plane. But there are requirements for the quality of light or the substance of light. The colour is white or close to white, translucent, glowing from the inside. It must match your deepest sense of being the manifestation of the Divine, soft, omnipotent and truthful.

This method is used especially for planes that have a lot of resistance and inertia, for a long and gradual change.

7 In some cases, the very discovery of the plane leads to a change in the plane, and for the formation – to its dispersion.
