There is a huge variety of planes, and effective action in them can differ from plane to plane, as well as from the moment we return to the plane again to continue the transformation. Therefore, the forms of action are selected in such a way as to reveal the deepest and most sincere aspiration at the moment or simply possible action. Intention to aspiration cannot always form aspiration on the plane, but it can form movement on the plane as the original form of aspiration.
Although there is always the possibility of spontaneous direct action, as a rule the ability to act in a plane develops from several steps.
The first is to remember that you can and should act. Getting into the plane, we usually only observe and forget about the position of the witness. This is typical at the beginning of the practice, when all our movements are weakly concentrated and mixed. If this happens, then before starting meditation, you need to concentrate deep inside and say to yourself, for example: “When I get into the plane, I will remember that I can act,” etc.
In another version, after meditation, when there was an experience in the plane, but you did not separate yourself in this experience, you can also concentrate inside, remember the experience (return to the plane) as far as possible, and try to act in the plane or fix the impulse of action. All this is repeated until the capacity for self-consciousness on the plane develops.
The second is the determination to act. Experiences on the plane are incomparably deeper, truer, filled with light than our usual perception, or vice versa, as an encounter with unconditional denial of light, limitation, oppression or immobility, or a different combination of such conditions.
It may seem that this light is a rather high and practical goal, and all restrictions are something to be avoided, and they will somehow disappear by themselves. But beyond any heaven there is always a higher heaven, the most monumental inertia contains a latent impulse of infinite joy and expansion, and the heaviest manifestations await release from the fatigue of their infinite fixity and restoration as part of the One. This choice is difficult, but, regardless of what we observe, we must be ready for action.
