Internally accept that the movement of the body, walking will be its aspiration to the manifestation of the Divine.

Pressure means that the descent is meeting resistance.
Watch this place and at some point you can enter it as a separate world (plane).
Manifest aspiration to turn this place towards the Divine.
In all cases when you look or act, try to keep your mind as an observer (witness).
The main movement includes two moments. The first is connected with the perception of walking as an aspiration to the Divine manifestation. The final experience of such aspiration comes as a flawless stream of consciousness, without resistance, without boundaries, encompassing the spheres in your body or connected with your body. But the development of such a state in the body directly is an extremely slow process. Therefore, to accelerate it, an additional movement is used, in which the sequential opening and circulation of individual planes occurs. These two processes are inextricably linked.
