The idea of the practice is that if we manifest aspiration for the Divine, then this means that the Divine manifests itself in our being.
But it is very difficult to implement it directly and completely. Therefore, a special technique is used for the successive opening of the planes of the being and their gradual conversion to the Divine manifestation.
This practice is one of the practical applications in the integral yoga of Mother and Sri Aurobindo.
This practice is difficult and arduous, but can lead to the expected fruits of yoga. It is mainly intended for those who are already familiar with the main aims and concepts of integral yoga, who have accepted the aspiration for realization in this yoga or feel compelled to follow this path and are looking for a practical method for development.
The practice is intended for self-use and has no limitations other than the physical inability to walk. This practice can hardly be recommended for acquaintance with yoga. Nevertheless, it can be useful from a methodological point of view to everyone who is interested in yoga and self-development.
The practice is written a little from the side of the “Western man” with his weak faith in the Divine and a penchant for occult experience, but with a desire to act.
